Healthy Peanut Butter Cups

Clean Version of Peanut Butter Reeses

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter (no sugar just salt and peanuts)
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil (For a less of a coconut taste use refined coconut oil)
  • 1/2 Cup Carob Powder (Cocoa can be used as too)
  • 1/4 Cup Raw Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour in cupcake papers (only put about 1/2-1 inch in each) and put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.From start to finish including the freezing it took 20 minutes. Super fast and healthy too. If you don’t like a coconut taste use refined coconut it has less of the taste but still solidifies.
This will make ab out 15 in the regular size cups, for the mini cups it can make up to 30.

    These are amazing! What do you think would happened if I subbed another nut butter?

      I imagine they would do just fine as long as they aren’t too runny or sugar added. Please if you use another nut butter let me know how it comes out. I am attempting to make some this week with almond ore pecan butter.
